Playstation at E3 2015

Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios at Sony, finally showed some footage of The Last Guardian; a game exclusive to PS4. He also revealed they’ve set their eyes on a release in 2016.


Herman Hulst, Managing Director and co-founder of Guerrilla Games, then took the stage to show their new franchise Horizon: Zero Dawn. The trailer showed a cave full of paintings that tells the story of the growth of civilization, the evolution of technologie and the fall of humanity when nature reclaimed its territory. The new inhabitants look primitive, but they use futuristic technology to hunt. Sentient technology has also taken the form of what looks like dinosaurs.


Asad Qizilbash, Senior Director at Sony, presented the new Hitman game simply called Hitman. You will travel to exotics locations around the world in this new game for console and PC. For PS4 owners, if you pre-order the game you’ll have access to the exclusive Beta. You’ll also have access to the exclusive six contracts available during the year after launch.


Street Fighter V is getting two new challengers: Birdie and Cammy. The game will be exclusive to PS4 and PC. There will be an exclusive Beta available on PS4 pre-orders starting July 23.


We were showed gameplay of No Man’s Sky. A game where there are thousands and thousands of soar systems to explore. Each are filled with different planets full of life and ecology. When you’re in space, you can scan a planet to see its points of interest. When you land, you can scan again so detect alien life. Each planet is fully destructable, but be carefull! They all have sentinels that protect the planet from explorers. You can also find a beacon on each planet where you can upload discoveries.


Alex Evans from Media Molecule showed us a tiny bit of footage from a game they’ve been working on, Dreams. In this game, you’ll be able to use DualShock 4 to sketch objects and characters that you can then animate however you want. You can collaborate with others from your house or online to sketch things and you can even build on the work of others.


Destiny will be getting a new expansion on September 15 called The Taken King. In it, Oryx is building a dark army to get revenge for his son’s death. PS4 will get exclusive access to new gear, a multiplayer map and co-op strike.


Batman Arkham Knight announced some exclusive things for PS4: Scarecrow Nightmare missions, classic TV series Batman and Batmobile skins and Justice League 3000 Batman Skin. The game will be released next week on the 23rd.


Playstation Vue is now available in San Francisco and Los Angeles. It was also announced that starting in July, you will be able to subscribe to individual channels without purchasing a multichannel bundle. This feature will launch with Fox Soccer, Showtime and the new exclusive Machinima channel.


Playstation is partnering with Activision to bring Call of Duty: Black Ops III to PS4. PS4 players will be the first to play all map packs from the series and they will be able to play the multiplayer Beta in august when they pre-order. The game is set to come out November 6.


John Vignocchi from Disney Interactive came to present the Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition that will include Star Wars. At launch in Fall, you’ll be able to play Twilight of the Republic and a month later you’ll have access to Rise Against the Empire. There will be a limited edition starter pack exclusive to Playstation platforms that will include the Twilight of the Republic play set and its characters, you’ll also get the Rise Against the Empire play set and its characters a month early AND you will get the Boba Fett figurine before everyone else.

A 3 vs. 3 multiplayer first-person shooter was announced for Morpheus: RIGS. You will battle in a battle arena in an esport style.

Yu Suzuki launched a Kickstarter campain for Shenmue 3

Divolver Digital announced four games that will be making their console debut on PS4: RoninEitr, Mother Russia Bleeds and Crossing Souls.

Final Fantasy VIII will get a remake coming first to the PS4

World of Final Fantasy set to release in 2016 on PS4 and PS Vita

PS4 will have an exclusive missions called The Dreadfull Crimes on Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. These missions were inspired by a world famous novelist.

Firewatch will be making its console debut on PS4
